Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

Hardcore Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total unless otherwise specified.

If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, shipping costs and related fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
