Refund policy

At Hardcore Fashion, each garment is carefully produced and inspected to maintain the integrity and presentation of the brand.

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

• Items showing signs of wear, odor, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.

Limited edition, made-to-order, custom, discounted, or marked final sale items are non-refundable.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.

Hardcore Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
